Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Laboratory was established in 2002, the laboratory headed by Professor Chen Hong. The laboratory is attached to the data and the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory of Knowledge Engineering and Computer Engineering Department of Information, Renmin University of China. Now 4 teachers in the laboratory (including two professors, lecturers 2), 12 PhD students, 18 graduate students.

Laboratory research is divided into three groups: (1) data mining; (2) modern hardware platform for data warehousing and online analytical processing systems; (3) networking and wireless sensor network data management. The main management data warehouse and cube, WEB data, streaming data, sensor network data, uncertain data and other complex data analysis and mining techniques.
