讲座内容: 报告题目：信息与通讯技术在知识管理中扮演的角色 The Role of Information and Communication Technologies in Knowledge Management 报告人：Prof. Hepu Deng School of Business Information Technology, RMIT University, Australia 时间:2009年12月18号上午10：30-12:00 地点:中国人民大学信息楼四层学术报告厅报告摘要: This talk presents an investigation of the role of information and communication technologies in enabling and facilitating the conversion of knowledge objects in knowledge management and explores how these roles might be affected in an organization. Such an investigation is based on a critical analysis of the relationships between data, information and knowledge, leading to the development of a novel transformation model between data, information and knowledge. Using a multi-method approach, this study presents a conceptual framework for effective knowledge management in an organization. It discusses the implications of the proposed framework for designing and developing knowledge management systems in an organization.报告人简历： Dr Hepu Deng is a Professor in information systems at the School of Business Information Technology, RMIT University, Australia. He holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Engineering, and a Master degree and a PhD in Information Systems. His research interests include multi-criteria analysis, neural networks, approximate reasoning, fuzzy logic, preference modelling, knowledge management and their applications in business. He has published more than one hundred refereed articles in various international journals and conferences, including European Journal of Operational research, Computers and Operational Research, International Journal of Approximate Reasoning, International Journal of Computer and Information Sciences, and International Journal of the Operational Research Society, IEEE Transactions on Systems, man, and Cybernetics, International Journal of Systems and Information technology, Journal of New Library World, and International Journal of Knowledge and Systems Sciences.
