摘要: We introduce partical group-mixing into an epidemic patchy model to take both heterogeneous group-like mixing and patch-like dispersal into consideration. The basic reproduction number $Re_0$ is identified and the global attractiveness of the disease free equilibrium is established when $Re_0<1$, the uniform persistence and the existence of the disease endemic equilibrium are also obtained when $Re_0>1$. Bounds on $Re_0$ is given, dependences of $Re_0$ on the model parameters was analyzed. This talk is based on an ongoing joint work with Xinxin Wang and Lin Wang.
