数学系学术报告：Life Span for a Semilinear Heat Equation with Initial Data non-Rarefied at $\infty$

In this talk, we discuss the life span of solutions for the heat equation with nonlinear sources. We will show that as long as

the initial datum is non-rarefied at $\infinity$, the solution must blow up at finite time. Moreover, we give an delicate estimate

on the life span.
