As an IT Analyst, you will be working with our top technologists and business leaders to design critical IT systems. You will be part of an organization that enables business growth through partnership and strong teamwork. Our IT organization is deployed around the world. Much of the IT department is split into streams that align with each of the Investment Banks key functional areas, ensuring that our solutions meet our business needs Teamwork is critical to the success of our organization. By working with business managers to identify the system requirements, you broaden the scope of our projects to address more strategic goals. Your role within Information Technology Systems Developer As a systems developer you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business to provide real business solutions. Along with developing software solutions your responsibilities will also include understanding business flows and taking them to the next level of automation. Depending on the business function you are aligned to, you could be working on applications that provide new and innovative services to our clients or you could be developing proprietary-trading strategies designed by our Quant teams and Traders. Since most trading applications are mission critical – all software developed within the bank requires the highest level of quality and performance.
